There’s no better time than now to determine ways to make next year greater than the last. Here’s my challenge for you- instead of having one big New Year’s resolution for 2017, make a list of several small changes. Together these accomplishments will have a positive impact on your overall wellbeing!

Set Realistic Goals for 2017

New Year’s resolutions are rarely taken serious because the perception is that they’re commonly broken. It can be overwhelming to make drastic changes to accomplish a potentially unrealistic goal you set for yourself. If you focus on several little goals, you’ll be more likely to achieve them. It only takes 21 days to form a new habit (or break an old one)! Start making positive lifestyle changes in 2017 that will result in a happier and healthier you.
