New Website and Tools Make Franchise Decision Easier

Planet Beach, the inventor of the automated spa concept, continues to innovate but this time in the form of new prospective technologies. We are now re-launching the new franchise website, MyPlanetBeachFranchise.com, and Virtual Brochure today! The newly revamped sites offers visitors a deeper look at franchising with Planet Beach and some unique tools to assist in making the decision process easier.

Franchise WebsiteThe major changes are designed with the prospective franchisee in mind. When a visitor first clicks on the site, they will see several new tools that are at their disposal. The first is a short six-question Compatibility Quiz that is designed to probe where they are both mentally and financially, prior to having to give any personal information. This anonymous quiz helps the candidate understand some of the characteristics needed to be a successful Planet Beach franchisee. It also ranks where they are on the decision flowchart and offers solutions for areas where they may not score as high.

The next addition is the 2014 Industry Report, which was developed to share facts and findings in the health, beauty and wellness industry. This comprehensive report also discusses the average expectations and requests of spa goers, trends in the spa industry, Planet Beach’s typical customer base as well as international and domestic developments. This report will be updated bi-annually so readers can have the most up-to-date info at their fingertips. To gain access to this document, requesters would complete a quick form on the website and a link to the PDF will be sent to the email address they submitted.

Virtual BrochureThe last big change is all about the prospective franchisee. The all-new Virtual Brochure takes a candidate, step-by-step, through a series of questions and videos that will assist him or her in deciding if being a Planet Beach franchisee is the right choice for them and for Planet Beach. Throughout the process, the candidate will have interactions via email, telephone calls and videos with different Planet Beach executives so they can get a better understanding of our expectations and their own expectations.

These changes were developed to assist the perspective franchise in understanding his or her personal and professional goals. Once this is established, the candidate can move forward in the process or re-evaluate his or her needs before continuing.

Feedback from visitors has been great so far and Planet Beach hopes that the changes and process will help them identify the right candidates to help them move forward with their mission of changing the way the world rejuvenates.
