Yes, we all know that drinking water is good for us. It helps weight loss, makes us feel fuller, keeps us hydrated, makes our skin glow. Why it’s so hard to remember to do so, is anyone’s guess. I do better when I fill up a bottle and keep in on my desk when I’m working, but if I’m out and about I often forget.
