Louisiana woman, already a Mystic Tan fan, wins choice sunless package
Janessa Clower already was a big fan of Mystic Tan. When she saw the recent Planet Beach Contempo Spa sunless product and service contest, she didn’t hesitate to enter.
Though she’s never won anything before, she has been a regular of her local Planet Beach spa since last year, so she was familiar with the services and wanted to win. Janessa, of Bossier City, LA, posted a picture of herself headed out to the Military Ball in a sleek dress, amazing hair and fabulous glow provided by a recent Mystic Tan from Planet Beach.
She left this comment:
“I did the Hydration station, Velocity bed and finished up with Mystic Tan using Single Bronzer and Medium color. I was VERY pleased with how well it progressed and left me looking like I had just come back from a beach vacation for our Military Ball this past weekend!”
To qualify and win the sunless package, Jessica needed her friends to like the Planet Beach Facebook page, then like her post. Janessa won the Grand Prize – a free pbGLOW Sunless Collection Kit, four free sunless services at her local Planet Beach and a free Medium Beauty Bronzer and Beauty Brush, all valued at $265.
Depending on location, Mystic Tan is only one of several spray, or sunless services available. Contempo Spas also have automated, push-button massages, facials, guided meditation as well as full-body hydration and detoxification services. The spa works like a gym: members pay a monthly fee for unlimited access to health and wellness services.
Jessica is a longtime fan of UV tanning, and at first she was skeptical of spray tans, especially after a visit to an unrelated salon left her streaky and upset.
“I used to tan a lot in the tanning beds and I have tried spray tans at a couple of places and wasn’t satisfied,” she says. “The first time I did it, I wasn’t completely pleased with it, but it was OK. The second time I did it I had streaks, and I had to stand there until I was completely dry. I was so mad.”
She gave Planet Beach a try after Internet searches for local tanning salons showed Planet Beach had the lowest prices in town. Results from her first Mystic experience were enough to make her a convert and prompt her to enter the contest.
“Planet Beach’s Mystic is the only one in town I will use,” Janessa says. “It sprays so evenly.”
