To truly get to the heart of a business, you must elicit feedback from your customers.  In essence, they are the lifeline of any company and can simply make or break it by staying loyal or bringing their business elsewhere.  In addition to providing an exceptional customer experience, it’s important to survey them to gauge the quality of your products and services.  We had the liberty of interviewing Nicole Utley, a valued member of Planet Beach Elmwood recently. Below is the summation of her Q&A!

1. What is your name? Nicole Utley

2. Tell me about yourself. I’m from Waggaman, LA. I’m very outgoing and I like meeting new people. I’m also a mother of 3 so I’m always on the go.

3. What are your hobbies and interests? I like being outside with my kids. I like to stay busy.

4. What attracted you to Planet Beach and how long have you been a member? I was looking for a place where I can get all my needs done in one stop. I have been a member for about a year.

5. What is your favorite service and why?  The slim capsule and red light, I love how relaxed I feel when I get out of each service. I truly believe red light helps me sleep better at night.

6. What is your favorite product and why?  Contour oil, I use it when I get in the slim capsule. It leaves my skin so hydrated and soft.

7. How has Planet Beach positively impacted your life?  It has motivated me to achieve fitness goals and become healthier.

8. How often do you do services at Planet Beach? 3 times a week

9. Do you see results from your favorite service? YES!

10. What keeps you coming back to Planet Beach? I enjoy the atmosphere; the staff is always open to answer any questions I have. It’s where I go to get “ME Time.”
