You’ve heard the quote, “You are what you eat.” Think about that next time you have a choice between a healthy snack like fruit or raw nuts and an unhealthy snack full of preservatives. Processed foods tend to have lots of preservatives, artificial colors, sweeteners and flavors that give it an unnatural, longer shelf life. So go for the raw nuts and seeds.
