Thursday is the day of the week I give myself a little treat by stopping into my Planet Beach location and using the automated massage equipment. By this point in the week knots in my upper back and shoulder area start to bother me. But poof – after a massage session, they are gone.

I encourage all my friends to make themselves a priority and do the same thing. Give yourself an hour or so to do something nice for you. You deserve it. I know you do!
