The target demographic for HOTWORX & Planet Beach Franchising has been identified as an employed 30-year old female, inherently nicknamed, Eileen.
HOTWORX & Planet Beach are both lifestyle brands, encompassing beauty, wellness and fitness and we strive to attract those that are aspiring to live a healthy lifestyle. Eileen represents the specific target audience that will be attracted to and ultimately commit to a lifestyle brand. Therefore, every marketing message is centered around the desires of Eileen, which was inspired by Jeff Bezos’ philosophy of always leaving an open seat at the executive round table for the customer, “the most important person in the room.” Eileen is and will always remain at the forefront of every marketing decision made within the company.
We are excited to announce that we will be hosting the “Eileen Show” during the upcoming Virtual HOTWORX & Planet Beach Convention within the coming weeks. The Eileen Show will feature a panel of 3 female HOTWORX members and 1 Planet Beach female member and will be moderated by Assistant Marketing Director, Carla Pesono. During the interview style panel, we will step into the world of Eileen to learn her passion, interests and goals. Truly understanding our target market and what makes them tick will allow us to tailor our marketing messages to attract more Eileens and keep them for life!

Cassie Kavanaugh
A little about me, I am in the Arizona Air National Guard, stationed at the 162 Morris Air National Guard Base in Tucson Arizona. I am an Aerospace Medical Technician and I manage Flight Medicine for the Medical Group. I have served 13 years in the Air Force and plan on staying in for 20. I am married, and my husband has also served in the ANG for almost 18 years now! We have three children, two girls and one boy. I enjoy tanning at planet beach, hiking and thrift shopping, a sale or a good deal makes me really happy! I recently graduated with a BS in Communication Studies from Northern Arizona University. I am passionate about mental health and women’s health and hope to eventually work in the field of educating and improving community health.
Serena Sanchez
My name is Serena and I’m 33 years old. I live in Logan Square but spend most of my time in Lincoln Park. I’m an Office Manager for a dental office with more than 10+ years of experience. I love to travel, skincare, haircare and working out. I LOVE going to HOTWORX and having options. Whether I want to de-stress with yoga or kick butt with Hot Bands or Hot Cycle!
Hillary Rogers
Hello! My name is Hillary Rogers! I will be 30 this year and am from Oxford, MS. My husband and I own a real estate investment/property management business together and have three young children ages 4, 2, and 8 months! To say life is busy would be a massive understatement— but even in the busiest of times, it’s important to make personal time to care for yourself! I was participating in a local hot yoga class daily, or attempting to. The class schedule didn’t always fit my schedule and it was very inconvenient some nights to leave my family at dinner time, etc. to attend an exercise class—but it was hot yoga and I craved the heat and the sweat during exercise to get all those toxins out! One day, nearly 3 months ago, a friend invited me to join her at HOTWORX. Having just renewed a 3-month membership at the yoga studio, I was hesitant but did it anyway. BEST. DECISION. EVER. Open 24 hours? Different workout sessions? Infrared heat (which has endless benefits by the way)— I. WAS. HOOKED. I immediately joined after my first session and have not missed a day yet. What’s more? I got my husband hooked too! So now it’s our “bonding time” in the busy life we have! You may be wondering what happened to the other place since I had just renewed my membership… I wouldn’t know, I haven’t been back!
Victoria Alvarado
Victoria Alvarado teaches music, dance, theatre and fitness in Bedford, New Hampshire. She began her teaching career in 2015 after studying Early Childhood Education, Theatre for Youth and Dance at The College of Charleston in South Carolina. Currently, she teaches ages ranging from infants-adults in subjects from preschool to piano. She is trained or certified in Kindermusik, Leap N Learn, The Vocal Pedagogy Professional Workshop at Boston Conservatory, The Broadway Teachers Workshop, The Broadway Teachers Dance Intensive and Zumba, Zumba Kids and Zumba Kids Jr. As a fitness instructor and an educator, training her students to live a healthy and well-rounded life is her driving passion.
