This week we can rejoice in the fact that for many of us Wednesday is our Friday this week. I’m looking forward to spending the long weekend with family and friends. However, for those of us conscientious about our weight, the holidays can seem like nothing but food, drink, and more food.
Indulging a little won’t hurt us in the long run. However, planning some exercise for each day isn’t a bad idea either. I plan on working exercise in no matter what else is happening. One of which will include our Hot Box Detox. With the amount of calories and detoxification that happens in one thirty-minute session, I’ll feel a little less guilty about that serving of mashed potatoes and gravy.
