Happy Hump Day! It’s mid-week and we’re half way through. Sometimes I find my motivation for my exercise routine wanes a bit mid-week. I battle through, usually, by sticking to my routine. I always exercise in the morning, otherwise it doesn’t happen.
I save my spa treatments for after work, often bribing myself with the thought of one in order to get moving in the morning. Tonight I’m going for a facial. I cannot wait.
