I recently had the privilege of attending the Tony Robbins Unleash the Power Within Seminar. Through this immersive four day event, my colleagues and I learned strategies, systems and tools needed to achieve and maintain lasting success in our careers and personal lives. There were a total of 26,000 attendees from 151 countries across the world logged in virtually to partake in this transformational experience. The level of energy exuded from the participants and presenters was infectious and engaging and collectively, we experienced breakthrough success in our minds and hearts. Yes, we also physically broke wooden boards as a tangible expression of the ultimate breakthrough, but the physiological breakthroughs we experienced ran so much deeper.

Although the benefits of the seminar were plentiful, one key takeaway for me was the understanding that all great things happen when you are operating at a Peak State of mind! The “state of mind” is defined as the quality of one’s consciousness as it relates to the outside world, as well as the perception of inner thoughts and emotions. When you are operating at a peak state, you are able to guard your mind and focus on the things that matter.
