Planet Beach Supports the Armed Forces

Holidays

Posted May 21, 2017

Memorial Day is an American holiday, observed on the last Monday of May, honoring the men and women who died while serving in the U.S. military. Originally known as Decoration Day, it originated in the years following the Civil War and became an official federal holiday in 1971. Although most Americans reserve that day to pay tribute to those that have passed on, it also signifies the unofficial start of the summer vacation season.

Planet Beach is asking for your help in honoring the brave individuals that fight for our freedom with a complimentary spa service! Show a veteran your gratitude this memorial day by tagging friends and family members that have served or are currently serving in the US military.

On Memorial Day, many will fly their flags at half-staff in honor of the nation’s battle heroes, while others will be celebrating the freedom of life by gathering with family and friends or planning a speedy weekend vacation. Regardless of your plans on Memorial Day, remember to stop by Planet Beach the weekend prior to Relax, Glow and Renew.

Planet Beach will help you look and feel your very best with automated spa services and quality products. At the touch of a button, you’ll experience treatments in a private setting for a fraction of the time and cost compared to a traditional day spa. Therefore, before you embark on your pre-summer break, visit http://planetbeach.com/spa-locator to find a location nearest you.
