Motivation Monday – What’s your goal this week?

It’s Monday. Are you ladies ready to make this a great week? I’m freshly resolved to eat clean this week, especially given how soon Thanksgiving will be here. I’m hoping I’m not the only one who considers that a legit cheat day?

I’m trying to stay committed to whole foods as opposed to stuff from a box. I feel better when eating clean and I know it’s better for my health. Because as much as I exercise, I know it doesn’t mean much if you don’t take care of your nutrition. I’m also committed to the Hot Box Detox at least twice a week. It gets rid of toxins and burns calories, so it’s definitely on the good list of choices for my week.
