Sleeping In? No such thing for moms.

For those of you with young children, I know you didn’t get to sleep in this morning. When my daughter was a baby, she woke at 5:30 a.m. without fail. There were many early morning outings with my jogging stroller. The relentless pace of raising children is not for the weak!

That said, taking time for exercise and wellness is especially important for those of us caring for others. When we’re vibrant and healthy, we can give that much more to those who need us. Even at 5:30 a.m.
